Forever-in-hearts Monkees musician Micky Dolenz has collaborated with his daughter, Ami Dolenz, to release his second children’s book, “Lalu Toot Too”. The narrative presents an engaging and imaginative account of the world’s first musical instrument. The story is a follow-up to Micky’s first kids’ book, “Gakky Two-Feet,” published in 2006.
